Job Introduction:

Role Responsibility:

Main Purpose of Position:


Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Director coordinates the provision of generalist Human Resources support services within the business, in compliance with legislation and Company policies and procedures

Key Performance Areas:

  • Effective management of Employee Relations function
  • Effective management of human resources administration and employee benefits
  • Effective resourcing of staff
  • Effective management of training, development succession, and performance management 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant B degree in HR Management (post-graduate qualification preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as HR professional with a strategic and hands-on understanding of the full employee life cycle, including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Learning & Development
  • Prior experience working with a large, unionised environment
  • Ability to implement change management initiatives
  • French and English language capability required
